The challenge

Where we started.

Corelation’s WordPress site had clunky pages that were hard to update, expired plugins, a Partners page that was not searchable, and no proper hubs for press releases, newsletters or events. They wanted a visual refresh of 20–25 pages, a cleaner content-management setup for a small marketing team, and hosting on AWS Lightsail, all within a defined budget.

What we did

The work.

01

Discovery

A structured discovery checklist covering brand assets, content inventory, Partners directory fields, the Events hub, and competitor and audience insights, then a shared Google Drive and weekly calls.

02

Design

The full site designed in Figma before a line of code, with three layout options for the Services page (the client chose v2).

03

Build

A staging build on WordPress: Homepage with client logo carousel and testimonials, About with NPS section, Leadership, KeyStone product page (“KeyStone by the Numbers”), Services accordion, Partners with KeyBridge Certified filtering and testimonial slider, Clients, Events hub with Client Conference, Executive Forum, Speaker Submission and a single-event template, Careers with culture video hero, Giving Back gallery, Resources hub with press releases and KeyNotes, Contact, Privacy and Disclaimers.

04

Systems

A custom icon set, header and footer navigation, form email routing for IT, and Google Analytics.

05

Delivery

When revision tracking became confusing, a consolidated schedule with per-party deliverables and dates; the client called it “exactly what we were looking for.”

06

Close-out

Every page re-audited against all 55 open client comments with measured status, then the remainder closed in daily updates.

Results

What moved.

As of September 2026 Corelation has moved the site into its executive review ahead of production launch: a 20+ page custom WordPress build for a national core provider, delivered within budget, from a referral-sourced win.

ToolCASE’s outsourced marketing team: two websites, a steady thought-leadership pipeline on the fraud beat, email programs, enriched prospect lists, pitch decks and trade-press strategy that has Credit Union Times editors keeping Sam in mind as a source.

Three years as the marketing team: a collateral redesign, a rebuilt benadvance.com, 20+ association resource centers and a Mailchimp program whose engaged-broker segment opens at 47–50%. Resource-center traffic went from near zero to 15,800+ pageviews.
