The challenge

Where we started.

A small B2B fintech with a strong product story but no in-house marketing team. They needed a consistent presence on the credit-union fraud beat, clean lead data for outreach, sales collateral, and a way to get in front of trade press, all from one partner, without hiring.

What we did

The work.

01

Websites

Built and maintain the company and product websites, including the July 2026 homepage update for the “automated real-time action” positioning ahead of two partner webinars.

02

Thought leadership

A steady article pipeline since 2023: a FedNow piece co-branded with a channel partner, “Financial Institutions Need Life Support,” “Synthetic Identity Fraud in 2025,” “ATM Jackpotting,” “Fraud Will Remain a Top Banking Threat in 2026,” and “The $30 Identity Crisis.”

03

Email

Campaigns to core-partner clients and prospects: “Why Banks Are Prioritizing AI Fraud Protection in 2026,” Executive Forum follow-ups, “Budget Season Last Call,” conference follow-ups and the podcast promo.

04

Lead data

Conference and prospect lists cleaned and enriched: ePay attendee emails taken from 30+ to 80; 537 emails appended to a scrubbed list within the hour; Nacha Payments lists enriched; an Enriched Leads master with DNC flags; a credit-union target list over $400M in assets.

05

Collateral

The product pitch deck, re-templated for a channel partnership; conference booth backdrop, banners and table cloth; a core-provider partner certification listing.

06

Trade press

Credit Union Times sponsorship options priced with Arc Network, then a direct pitch to CU Times editors positioning the client’s business-development lead as an expert source.

Results

What moved.

Credit Union Times’ executive editor responded to the editorial pitch: “AI and fraud are two hot topics for us on the editorial side, so we’ll definitely keep [him] in mind as a source for future stories, podcasts, webcasts and Q&As.” The client became a certified partner of a national core provider in April 2026 with Parker Levi supplying the listing and messaging, and its product website is the reason that core provider hired Parker Levi for its own rebuild.

A client referral became a 20+ page custom WordPress rebuild for a national credit-union core provider: Partners directory, Events hub, Resources and a CMS a small marketing team can run, delivered within budget.

Three years as the marketing team: a collateral redesign, a rebuilt website, 20+ association resource centers and a Mailchimp program whose engaged-broker segment opens at 47–50%. Resource-center traffic went from near zero to 15,800+ pageviews.
