Three years of broker marketing, with the numbers to show for it.
The client is a broker-built voluntary health, dental and vision benefits platform sold through brokers and associations, with year-round enrollment. Parker Levi has run its marketing since September 2023, with a bi-weekly marketing meeting and an Asana request board.

Where we started.
When Parker Levi started in August 2023 the collateral was dense and dated, the website went down more than once, and broker email lived on aging lists with poor deliverability. The brief that followed: a landing page, a functioning updated website, and an email cadence to reach current brokers twice a month and at least 500 new brokers every two weeks.
The work.
Collateral
The broker collateral library redesigned: the Broker Journey piece, Delta Dental, MetLife and VSP rate sheets, a brand overview piece, “Rolling Enrollments,” association pieces and the coverage landing page.
Web
The main website rebuilt in WordPress (live February 2024), plus the Benefits Resource Center and 20+ per-association resource-center sites.
Broker email moved to Mailchimp with an engaged-brokers segment and repaired sender reputation; roughly two sends a month covering QLE reminders, Open Enrollment, block-rate announcements, 1095 guidance and product education.
Growth
SEO, monthly blogs, LinkedIn content, video (brand and broker explainer videos), an AI chatbot and per-association Google Analytics reporting.
Strategy
The 30-60-90 Day Growth Plan, the 2026 Proposed Marketing Strategies and the three-tier 2026 Marketing Expansion Proposal.
Portal
The gated Broker Marketing Center: a document library by category with preview, download and zip, email-based broker login, CSV bulk import and an admin dashboard for the client’s team.
What moved.
Typical 2026 sends run 18–30% opens versus 14–21% a year earlier, with 0–4 unsubscribes per send. Resource-center traffic went from “very little” to 15,813 pageviews across the association sites, and December 2025 meeting notes record an increase in request forms and the effectiveness of SEO and blog content, including a lead that arrived via ChatGPT.
From the client.
First blush is very exciting.
This is very good.
Looks great! Thank you for taking care of it so quickly.
